I aim to dispatch orders 2-3 business days after purchase this excludes weekends or Bank Holidays. 
*PLEASE NOTE* - Fleece Blankets & Tea Towels are made to order so please allow 5-7 business days for dispatch.
2.1 Postage & Packaging Information for UK Customers
For orders being shipped within the UK, I use one of the following delivery methods depending on your choice of shipping. 
  • Royal Mail First Class: (Standard Delivery) There can be delays at present of up to 5-7 working days depending on areas. You may get your items sooner but please be aware of the postal delays.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: (Upgrade at Checkout) This option provides a tracking number and proof of delivery once your parcel has been delivered.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: (Upgrade at Checkout) This option provides a tracking number and proof of delivery once your parcel has been delivered.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery: (Upgrade at Checkout) This option provides a tracking number and proof of delivery once your parcel has been delivered. Your parcel will need signing for on arrival. This service aims for delivery upon the next working day after dispatch - however during strike times and busy postal periods it can take up to 48hours.
Please note, if your order is being shipped via Special Delivery it will require a signature upon receipt from either yourself or someone else at your address. If you're out when your postman tries to deliver your mail, they will leave a 'Sorry we missed you' card at the delivery address. This card will give you the address and opening hours of your local Royal Mail delivery office, so you can then pop in and pick up your order, or you can rearrange delivery online at a more convenient time. Please note that Colouryourlifeclub.co.uk does not accept responsibility for any items returned to a Royal Mail delivery office and gives no guarantees as to the duration between dispatch and delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights. If any delays are expected that are out of my control then I will email you to let you know the estimated time of delivery.
2.2 Standard Postage & Packaging Charges for UK Customers
The price you pay for Postage & Packaging is based on the weight of your order.
All prices are valid as at the time of drafting, prices are subject to change and will increase in line with Royal Mail price increases and the rate of inflation.
  • Please note that all standard postage costs will be added automatically to you cart at checkout, if you require Tracked or Special Delivery then please ensure to check the correct shipping option for your needs and an upgrade cost will be added.
2.3 International Shipping - Europe is still currently suspended due to ongoing delays/suspensions/customs issues within the postal services - I will continue to monitor the situation and will turn it back on when the time is right. If you need any extra help or really want something then please feel free to message me and I will see what I can do.
Below, you will find a list of countries outside of the United Kingdom that I deliver to. If your country is not on the list then I do not accept orders from or ship to your country and am unable to make any exceptions. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

  • To post overseas I use Royal Mail International Tracked: This provides a tracking number and proof of delivery once your parcel has been delivered. 
  • You will also be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance and any import duties as these costs are levied once the package reaches its destination country, ColourYourLifeClub.co.uk has no way of knowing what particular customs and import charges may be in force at any time in any country and assumes no liability for the same.
  • For orders shipped outside the UK the aim is to deliver worldwide within 10-14 working days but I can give no guarantees as to the date of delivery - please note that there are still delays within the postal system and some international post can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
  • Please note that shipping can always take a bit longer during busier postal periods - Christmas etc.
