I want you to be happy so if you are not pleased with your physical items then I will happily offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of dispatch. Please note that any returned items must be received by me before a refund or exchange is issued and that I will only accept return items in their original condition and packaging, including labels and gift bags. Return items must be fit for re-sale unless you have informed me that the item is faulty or incorrect (see section 1.1 below). Delivery charges are non refundable unless the returned item is faulty or incorrect.



Please follow the steps and complete the returns section on your original invoice and enclose it in your return package. Please ensure that any return items are well packed and use the returns label provided- please note that this is not a prepaid label. I do recommend that you get Proof of Postage or that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please note that does not accept any liability for items which are lost or stolen in the mail. This does not affect your statutory rights.


1.1 Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item you receive is faulty or incorrect, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail me at within 7 days of the date of dispatch quoting your name, order number and the details of the item received. I will always do my best to solve any issue quickly and to your satisfaction. I will also refund the delivery charges upon production of a valid receipt in the case of a faulty or incorrect item.  

1.2 Exchange: As soon as I receive your returned item I will process your exchange within 3 working days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your return has been processed and your exchange shipped.  If you have not received your items within 5 working days, please contact me.

1.3 Refund: As soon as I receive your returned item I will issue your refund within 3 working days of receipt. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a further 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited to your card or PayPal account. Delivery charges are non refundable unless the returned item is faulty or incorrect.

If you have mislaid your original invoice not to worry please just include a handwritten note stating if you would prefer a refund or exchange along with your name and order number (you will find this on your order confirmation emails) and send to the below address:
