Firstly, thank you SO much for your order. I aim to post out all orders within 2-3 working days (excluding Tea Towels & Fleece Blankets as these are printed externally for me – please add an additional 5 working days BEFORE dispatch for these items).

⭐UK: All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class post with additional postal upgrades available at checkout.

⭐International: Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked International Airmail so we can keep an eye on it throughout it's journey. Delays may still be possible within the postal system (GLOBALLY) so please bear that in mind when ordering.

⭐UK: Unless a tracked service was opted for at checkout then a tracking number will not be provided. If you did opt for tracked, then your tracking number and link will be within your dispatch confirmation email.

⭐International: Please check your dispatch email for your tracking information.

This will totally depend on what you are after and any time constraints. I have done many custom design orders – big and small - over the last 5 years and I adore being able to bring your original ideas to life. So, if you are after something that aligns with my style and themes then get in touch to see if we can work together further.

One thing I will say is please don’t ask me to copy anyone else’s work (you would be surprised how many times this happens) or use copyrighted images/logos/designs or anything that could be considered offensive as the answer will always be NO 😊

I have been actively working towards a greener future within Colour Your Life Club and have made some business changes to reflect this. ALL papers used from packaging to products (including the paper tape used to seal your boxes and the gift wrap) are recyclable and are FSC Certified, coming from sustainable sources. The cello bags I use to protect your prints are also biodegradable. I only work with reputable eco-conscious manufacturers that are also doing their best for the planet.

⭐Please note that some of these changes are still in progress so with regards to my packaging tubes and button badges there will still be plastic present (plastic end caps and plastic safety pinbacks) until what I have left has been used – they will then be replaced with better and more Eco-Friendly options.

YES! As stated above I have made some changes and as 90% of my business is paper based I really wanted to give something back that has a positive impact for our planet. I am thrilled to have joined forces with Ecologi to make this happen! You can read more about how this works here.

Everything you see at Colour Your Life Club has been designed by me using a combination of my own drawings and doodles, as well as incorporating illustrations from some of my favourite artists* which I feel adds something very special to the designs which I hope you agree with too! I handmake all of your badges and sublimate your mugs/bottles here at Colour Your Life Club HQ as well as print your prints. My gift wrap, tags and bookmarks prints are printed by a trusted manufacturer to ensure they are high quality.
