COVID-19 Shipping & Handling Policy PLEASE READ
COVID-19 Shipping & Handling Policy - UPDATED JULY 2021
In light of the current COVID-19 global pandemic, I have made some changes here at Colour Your Life Club to ensure the safety of my customers as well as my own. Please also note that I will now only be posting on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
There are still some postal delays throughout the UK that could affect shipping times - depending on where you are based there could be delays of up to 7-10 working days (this does not include weekends or Bank holidays) although you could get your items as normal - it really is hit and miss at present depending on certain areas. Please only order if you are happy to wait and don't need them urgently - if you do require your goods quickly then I highly recommend upgrading to Special Delivery at checkout.
I have now turned shipping back on for New Zealand, Australia and USA.
Europe is still currently suspended due to ongoing delays/suspensions/customs issues within the postal services - I will continue to monitor the situation and will turn it back on when the time is right. If you need any extra help or really want something then please feel free to message me and I will see what I can do.
JULY UPDATE FOR EUROPE: Due to the current changes with regards to EU Value Added Tax I am still suspending delivery to the EU - I am actively monitoring this situation and hope to turn EU shipping back on shortly.
Before I pack items, surfaces are cleaned and my hands are washed. Although the official advice states that Covid-19 doesn’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels, I am taking these measures as an extra precaution for your peace of mind.
HOW I POST
All packages as in the past and now will continue to be sent via Royal Mail – I have a click and drop account so all postage labels are applied here at home and are posted directly into the Royal Mails main depot post box – this also includes parcels as I have a parcel drop off box available, thus eliminating the need to go to the post office itself for the sake of maintaining social distancing guidelines.
Please look after yourselves during this unsettling and tough time, follow government guidelines and please stay safe.
Thank you so much!
